2. Applicability These Terms of Service apply to all orders placed through kindrworldsociety.com. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
3. Products All products are made to order and produced on demand to help reduce overproduction. Product images are representative, slight variations in color or print placement may occur.
4. Prices and Payment All prices are listed in Euros (EUR) and include applicable VAT. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Payment is required at the time of ordering.
5. Orders and Fulfillment After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation by email. Orders are typically produced within 2–5 business days before being handed over to the shipping carrier. Estimated delivery times after production vary by destination; please refer to our Shipping Policy for details. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or customs processing.
6. Shipping We ship to the Netherlands, the EU, and internationally. Shipping rates are displayed at checkout.
7. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers) If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification.

8. Returns and Refunds We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To start a return, sign in to My account and open your order to request a return. You can also contact us at info@kindrworldsociety.com. KINDR covers the return shipping costs, including returns for a different size or a change of mind. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
If your item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at info@kindrworldsociety.com. We’ll review the issue with you and work together to find a suitable solution, such as a replacement product or a refund.
9. Liability We are not liable for delays caused by our fulfillment partner or shipping carriers. Our liability is limited to the value of the order placed.
10. Governing Law These terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
