Shipping policy

1. Order Processing All products are made to order to help reduce overproduction. Orders are typically produced within 2–5 business days before being handed over to the shipping carrier.
2. Shipping Times
- Netherlands 2–5 business days after production
- European Union 5–10 business days after production
- International 7–15 business days after production
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or customs processing.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping is free on all orders to the European destinations we serve. No shipping charges are added at checkout.
4. Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your shipment.
5. Customs and Import Duties Customs duties or import taxes may apply. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates.
